The fan on my 1999 Chevy Suburban was stuck and blowing on HI. Turning the fan control on the A/C and heating control unit had no affect. Ordered the replacement shown with rear defrost option and it was an exact match in color, function and installation (OEM). Amazon's price beat local auto part suppliers and other online vendors even with shipping cost included.
