Shipping Policy

Orders placed thru Amazon.Com will be shipped to Continental US locations by UPS or USPS. Orders to APO and FPO addresses will be shipped by US Postal Service. Tracking numbers will be provided if available from shipper.

Most orders received will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt.

Please allow 3-7 Days Delivery time on Standard delivery orders.

Orders will be shipped M-F according to UPS schedule.

If an item is Backordered- Discontinued or will not meet our shipping guidelines-- Customer will be notified by E-Mail.

If AC-Direct.cannot fulfill an order due to Price or Availability problems -Customer will be contacted by E-Mail to resolve.

AC-Direct will not be responsile for typographic errors or shipping delays beyond our control.
